About Us
South Dublin Adult Education Service is one of County Dublin Vocational Education Committee’s five local Adult Education Services. Our Service provides a range of Adult Education courses and services in a number of geographic areas across South County Dublin ranging from Dundrum to Shankill and areas in between e.g. Sandyford, Kilternan and Carrickmines. These services and courses are detailed in this website.
The South Dublin Adult Education Service works to meet the needs of the adult learner by providing education that is inclusive, flexible and provided in a friendly and supportive atmosphere. We hope that you will find that this is reflected in the services and courses that we offer and in the range of locations in which they can be accessed.
Mission Statement
Our mission, in County Dublin Vocational Education Committee (V.E.C.) and the South Dublin Adult Education Service (S.D.A.E.S.), is to be the leading provider of integrated education services which enable young people and adults to fulfill their potential in a positive learning environment.
