Community education is involved in the promotion, development and nurturing of community based learning groups through the provision of technical, administrative and educational support to both new and existing groups. South Dublin Adult Education Service provides grants in the form of tuition hours to local community and voluntary groups in order to provide Adult Education Programmes in the local community.
