Work Place Education
South Dublin Adult Education Service works in consultation with employers and employees to deliver tailored education courses to meet the specific needs of the workplace. Courses are delivered on a flexible basis at a time suited to all parties.
Workplace education courses aim to:
- Contribute towards the creation of a well-educated and highly skilled workforce.
- Raise the competency levels of employees with low levels of educational qualifications.
- Enable employees to cope with frequent and ongoing changes in work practices.
- Promote an ethos of lifelong learning in the workplace.
